Mommy and Me Mother’s Day Yoga event at Salt and Serenity

Come join us and celebrate Mother's Day with your little ones at Salt and Serenity Wellness Center. This two hour event will include partner yoga, songs and games, kids crafts and healthy snacks!

1:30-2:00 Kids Craft/Yoga for Moms
2:00-2:30 Snack time
2:30-3:00 Yoga party
