Summer Online Classes for Teens: Survival Japanese for Travel

Are you visiting Japan soon, or hoping to go in the future? Then this is the class for you! We’ll learn the most important words and phrases for traveling around Japan through practical examples and real-life scenarios. Become more confident asking for directions, ordering at a restaurant, going shopping and more, so that your Japan travels are fun and stress-free.

Teens are invited to begin their Japanese language journey with online courses created just for them. Through fun, engaging activities rooted in everyday life, students will build practical listening, speaking, reading, writing, and cultural skills while learning alongside like‑minded peers. A great kick-start to their Japanese language abilities!

*These courses will be conducted online via Zoom.

Mondays, July 13 – August 10; 5:00 – 6:00 PM ET

$125 for non-members/$100 for members. Open to middle and high school students. Space is limited; advanced registration required.
