Staying home over February break this year and looking for something fun to do with the entire family?! Search no further!
We are making Gnocchi made with ricotta, which results in a light as air dumplings! In this virtual class our chef instructor will demonstrate proper dough making and shaping, so you’re ready to make gnocchi from scratch. We’ll provide a shopping list, recipes and professional VIRTUAL instruction so you can create your own dish, in your own cozy kitchen. Invite friends over and make it a party! Our instructor can answer any questions you may have along the way. You’ll also learn all about how the right sauce pairing will make your gnocchi sing! It will be a meal you’ll make again and again.
Each participant will receive your class zoom info, menu and a full shopping list at least 5 days prior to your class date
