The Knox School

The Knox School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, independent, coeducational, college-preparatory boarding and day school serving students in grades 6–12. Founded in 1904, Knox provides a globally inclusive, student-centered education within an intentionally small, close-knit community where every student is known, challenged, and supported. Guided by compassion and enriched by the arts and athletics, the School combines small classes, personalized academic pathways, and purposeful co-curricular experiences to cultivate academic excellence, leadership, and self-confidence in every learner. At Knox, we believe learning flourishes when every student feels seen, valued, and understood. Our personalized approach to education encourages students to discover what interests them and gives them the confidence to pursue it with purpose.
